    THE TWISTER COMMUNICATIONS GROUP BRAND IS BORN

    D&C and Tandem merge and become Twister Communications Group, which positions itself among the top ten Italian enterprises in the public relations and business communication sectors.

    Twister is a leader in the communication advisors’ Merger Market ranking for M&A operations in Italy.

    TWISTER ENTERS CONSUMER GOODS COMMUNICATIONS

    Twister makes its entry in large-scale consumer goods communication, acquiring the majority of Perego&Solera, a marketing company specialized in communication for home & lifestyle, living and technology businesses.

    Twister subsidiary IPS is born from the integration of Perego&Solera and Interzone (digital communications and corporate events). Twister is the first one in the Merger Market ranking of communication advisors for M&A operations.
